V+ Not working properly.

I have just moved house and took my services with me (VIP Pack). All was ok after they came today (even though they replaced both my stb's and I lost all my recordings!!). However about 2 hrs later the picture froze and I couldn't change channel etc. So I did a reset and ever since the only thing that works is the mini guide.

I can't use V+, pause live TV, nothing happens when I press Home, which means I can't access On Demand either (as the red button dosen't work on channel 119). I have tried the buttons on the stb and the remote, but no joy, I have tried further resets with no success.

Everything think is ok on my 2nd stb, which makes me thing a V+ problem rather than a network issue.

Can anyone offer and suggestions to my problem.

Many Thanks

Dave.
