Hi, I just thought I'd post up my positive experience of the customer service I received today.
Basically I got a new V+ box on wednesday & everything was going great until yesterday, the box started making strange noises reminiscent of an old typewriter, then it crashed & rebooted a few times, and made loads of whirring noise's. I left it unplugged last night & rebooted it this morning and it said V+ services were not available, rebooted again & it seemed OK, but I called to report the fault thinking it would just get worse.
Now I called them at 8.05am thinking they would just ask me to reboot it & see what happens, but no, the loverly lady said she would get an engineer out, & asked if this morning would be OK, obviously I accepted.
Next thing I know there's a knock at the door & an engineer arrived with a new box in his hands, this was at 8.55am!!!!!!
So less than a hour to get out to me, half an hour to fit the new box and thats it, all sorted
Just felt the need to share a positive experience with you all, as I feel we are all quick to moan but to slow to praise great service.
