The last couple of days my V+ Box has been acting odd. It'll refuse to process channel changes or bring up the V+ menu for minutes, then it'll briefly allow the channel to be changed before resetting itself. Is this a dead box or a transient problem?
Try leaving the STB powered off for say 20 minutes. Assuming it's in a well ventilated area, if it still has problems after you power up again, then call VM.
