I doubt it and it's not a good idea as the V+ box doesn't belong to you

he upgrades his v+ to 750gb giving him 400hrs of tv.

when i get time i proabaly be doing mine,but i first want to see what the new v+ box coming soon has to ofeer in comparsion to the one we have now.

yes & if VM ask for it back you'l have wasted your time & money & will probs have to pay to get it back to its former state.
