VH1 problem

Hi there,
Is anyone having sound drop outs and picture break up alot of the time on VH1?

We currently have an issue with VH1, the ticket number is 627796.

this has been happening with MTV Dance (& only MTV Dance) for time on my STB.

? is it likely to get fixed any time soon ? cuz thats the only MTV channel that i watch & i only watch it for Drum N Bass Mondays.
