V+ recording a non set programme series

Does anyone know why my new V+ box is recording Neighbours every day on Channel 5 when I have never set it and it is not showing in any area of Planned recordings (option 3) either Planned Programmes or Planned Series ?

Not a biggie just anoying to have to go in and delete it every day ?

Thanks (new to V+)

Oh yeah and while im at it the volume level is soooo much lower than the old STB am i right ?

The V+ box volume can be set in the Settings menu.

Re: V+ recording a non set programme series

Yes i know thank you as same as old STB but is already set to 10

I used to have my tv level always on 6 now I have to have it at 10 to have it any where near the old level

---------- Post added at 16:35 ---------- Previous post was at 16:33 ----------

I have to apologise I have only just realised it not a new one recording every day it an old one that was recorded by the enginner when it was instaled on Monday 21st that keeps coming back after deleting

Is this a case for re formatting or just powering off ?

Re: V+ recording a non set programme series

If you have recordings that keep coming back, you'll need to reformat.
