British Summer time - every day !

Hi

For the third day in a row the time on my V+ box has moved on 1 hour - only noticed when emmerdale started recording at 6 pm ! - makes a mess of planned recordings

Would appear to change about 4pm !

reboot of box resolves time issue

Has anybody came across this behaviour?

Ian

Hi

Further diagnosis !

After rebooting watched part of catchup tv on demand ( Channel 4 )

Stopped and saw time change from 17.00 to 18.04 on VOD menu !

Powered off V+ instead of reboot to see if makes any difference

Seems to have fixed - tried same VOD programs and still at correct time

Re: British Summer time - every day !

Rebooting = Make sure the V+ is in standby mode. Power off for 30 seconds or so and then power back on. This is the general 'cure-all' to try first with all VM STB malfuctions.

I think you may be confusing Reboot with Reset.
