When i see posts like this i do wonder what your PQ is like as there is no contest on Sky, a tenner a month extra for HD is more than worth it in my book, it really is impressive.

The trouble is though that the V+ upscales better than SKY HD so when people compare Sky SD to SKY HD they will see a bigger difference than a VM customer making a similar comparison. I know you will say this isn't the case but their are many instances of people who have had the opportunity to compare the two who say it is true. There are also instances of people swapping to Sky to get the extra HD channels who say they miss the V+ for it's upscaling.
HD is stunning on VM also but the upscaled picture can also take your breath away.
