lost planned recordings ??

Any idea about this one?

Got V+ on Saturday - set a few recordings on Sunday I noticed that I had no planned recordings even though I has set some. All my planned series had no upcoming episodes even though there are some.

Formatted disc and reset recordings yesterday - but today they've all gone again!

There are no RED in the guide unless I ask for them again

They are looking into it - odd thing is a 'reset' later today returned all the recordings.

Re: lost planned recordings ??

I have a different 'noise' issue they have found which they are coming to fix - it may relate somehow.

However, the 'planned recordings' vanish everynight before 5am - somehow.

Well, they fixed the noise issue but the box still loses the list of 'planned recordings' and also does not highlight them RED in the guide - but, it still records them so it hasn't actually lost them, just won't list them.

Pressing 'reset' brings the list back but nothing else does.

Nobody else seem anything similar?
