Just had V+ installed and i dont seem to get any TV guide information have tried resetting a few times and i am currently awaiting a call back from virgin. is this a known prob?
Also in the tech information in settings i only have 2 signals the third for both strength and SNR has N/Adb??
Services: Virgin for TV, BT for phone and Be* for Broadband.
