Should I cancel the tech visit (on-demand)?
Hi,
I've been having on and off on-demand problems for ages and have already had 2 STB swapouts and 4 engineers visit. After speaking with a very helpful person on here this morning I see that the box now has on-demand. So, should I cancel the tech visit due for this morning or not? The last STB I had went on the day of the engineer visit and on-line went off the day after!!!
