We are doing some decoration in our living room so I have moved the TV and V+ box to our spare room hoping to catch up on some recorded stuff on V+. Problem is the box just says "loading up...one moment" and doesn't get any further, i guess because there is no cable plugged in.
Is there anyway to boot it so I can see my recorded programs?
The only way I can think of is to use a long mains extension from spare room to main room then boot box with cable in then disconnect cable, but don't unplug box from mains.Carry to spare room reconnect to tv.
not sure if this will work but worth a try.
