My installation went smoothly, HDMI cable, old SCART taken out, a quick how to etc and bobs my uncle basically.
Now V+ is excellent (as it's still new to me), there is a lot of good things that far out weigh the bad which I will have to say anyway.....
I had no red button jobbie, and I'm a snooker fan and that did my nut in a bit, but to be fair I called them up, they said they'll call me back in about 3-5 days as it had to go to level 2 or something, and I got a call today (I called Thursday) and I now have the red button function. So thumbs up there and no complaints.
The other is that I was used to the old samsung box, where you can flick through the channels quite quickly, but on the V+ its slow as hell and a chore to see what's on or to turn over channels. But since then I've subscribed to Digiguide and it's helped matters no end and well worth investing in, so I don't need to flick through all the channels now, and I can plan the recordings so much better to.
I hope it all goes well, it should do, as I really can't fault VM personally. V+ is great btw
No need to tell you the pluses and you'll find them out yourself.
