Recording problems

My V+ box has recently started giving "recording failed due to a conflict" errors sometimes when there is only 1 other programme being recorded. I read another post about a box having a faulty tuner, could this be the problem?

Match of the Day failed to record last night because of this, and I'm sure I pressed the record button for the repeat this morning but it didn't record either

Re: Recording problems

There's a known software problem that causes false recording conflicts. It should be fixed by the next software update. In the meantime, try pressing the reset to see if that improves things.

Re: Recording problems

I also had a simular recording issue last week. I couldnt record at all, it stated it was recording when it wasn't. Solved this issue with a Hard reboot, unplugged for a minute then turned back on.
