Old Box Pickup

Hi

Does anyone know how long after a V+ install Virgin send a courier to Pickup the old box. Do they ring first? Otherwise there might not be anyone in when they come.

When we went from Analogue to Digital the installer took the old box with him and I thought that would happen this time but he told me a courier would be sent to pick the old one up.

We had our V+ installed yesterday and he took the old box away with him.

Thats odd then. Maybe it depends what area your in as to how they go about it. Or maybe the type of box as this was an old Pace box.

I had an old Pace box . They took that away when they installed My V+.
