Help v+box is dead (will i think)

have a big problem will it could be an area fault but i dont think so as my vbox is working fine the box keeps rebooting itself every 30sec (Belfast area). i phoned virgin but the dont know whats up and said they would send a tech on monday between 12 an 4 i asked if they had any sooner only for the cheeky ****** to say its not life or death so its monday. was going to book the big fight but not now and if the tech dont turn up as they never bloody do on the day your booked in for they can kiss my ass goodbye

I know it's frustrating for things to go worng, but please do take a chill pill with your rants to avoid the dodgy language.

TBH to get a tech appointment within 2 workgin days is pretty good going.

hi mate the remote and the buttons on the box dont want to work at all so cant try the format, the hdd is full of stuff to im gutted, looks as if the box is well dead.


to right its frustrating rob i was quite calm until he said "its not life or death so its monday" it was a real bad additude but what can ya do whats done is done

tried that mate, it came up as fail on the box

anyway tech came today and on time he also tried to format the hdd but no luck he changed the box only down side was when i only first got the v+drive they give me a black box and my tv dvd ect were all silver, now my tv dvd ect are all black they have give me a silver box
