V+installation

I currently have a box(not v+) in my front room. I'm having v+ box installed next wed in the back room. at the moment I have a splitter to the back room (2 cables) connected to a tv and also for broadband. can the new v+ machine be run from the splitter or would this weaken the signal. I have a box above the skirting on the outside wall of the front room with one wire entering from the bottom and another wire coming from a terminal on the top. There is another unused terminal on the top also.
Appreciate some advice. Cheers

I had the same set up and there was no problem running the second tv via a splitter.
One cable to the splitter and then cable to each tv.
Have the V+ where you watch most tv.
