Unwanted Reminders

I've had a V+ box for a while now, and I'm very pleased with it, but have been having one annoying problem.

When I am using the EPG and moving to the right using the arrow buttons, the box quite often brings up a window asking me to confirm that I want to set a reminder - so I then have to cancel this. Even this doesn't always work - sometimes it just sets the reminder anyway as if I had pressed the OK button.

I'm thinking it may be a fault on the remote, that causes the OK button to operate sometimes when the arrow button is pressed. Has anyone else had this problem?

Re: Unwanted Reminders

I must admit mine did that quite frequently but in my case I had pressed the OK button(twitchy finger syndrome).

It's just a thought but if you have had the V+ for some time it may be worth trying new batteries in the remote control. The remote for my V STB did weird things when the batteries were on the way out.

It did occur to me that I might be doing this, but it seems to happen too often for it to be just finger trouble.

I'll try some new batteries & see if that helps, thanks.
