my v+ just shut itself down and now has codes like h427 and so on any idea what this could be ??? i

mine doesnt even say that , just shut it self down and repeating itself with the h200 going through the numbers :s you think its best to phone cs ? or reboot it or leave it ?

mine gone off too, was watchin a film on sky movies, poxy thing.. and i got fn01 and them numbers on the digital bit and the do not switch off your box, i have done tho.. and it just goes back to the same thing

I'e got the same msg about the box being updated.

Phoned CS and they weren't helpful at all!

The guy i spoke to didn't have a clue! He kept telling me to switch the box off even though there's a warning message on the screen!! He then tried to book an engineer for me!

My box is currently just displaying a load of codes starting h...

mine forst started off with the fn stuff then went onto h***'s so far its gone through all the numbers about 30 odd times :s

ohh well mine still on the fn numbers, I just wana watch the end of the film lmao... id wish they give us some kind of warning! the other box in the other room is workin fine, but it no good to me im upstairs

according to people on DS, who phoned cust service, it will take up to 3 hours to sort this.
