V+ program not deleting

Hi,

Got a program I haven't been able to delete for months. I tried rebooting several times to no avail.

Any solutions?

Thanks

I had the same problem so I contacted customer service who advised me to format. I did so and all is well at present. If it happens again they will replace the box. Formatting will lose all your recordings.

Re: V+ program not deleting

I've got the same thing, but not with all deleted programmes, just a batch from a few weeks ago. Stuff I record then delete now seems to go correctly, just this bad bunch.

Further probs with a recording of Billy Elliot made from the BBC HD channel - that's giving me an error and not playing back. I've also got the "hours left" indicator showing the wrong amount of time left on the disc.

I'll reformat at the weekend I guess when I've had a chance to copy things off onto my other HDD recorder...first problem of this kind on the V+ in six months. Ho hum.
