If I delete a recorded TV programme in error is there any way to undelete it please?

Not as far as i'm aware. I know that a few months back they had a glitch that if you reset your box it would reappear. Don't know if it still works though!!

Guess what the glitch still works. Thanks for that. Restored the programme and it was still watchable!!
