Question Disney Channels/Sky Movies channels.

Hi, we are having problems on, Disney Channels/Sky Movies channels.

Every now and then, for about a second or so, we get the picture go a bit blurr, into little squares. We have had an engineer out twice, he could not find any fault. It's not our tv, tried it on a crt, as well as our new Panasonic 32" lcd we got today. Is anyone else getting this, or have any suggestions?

It only affects these channels. Any help, much appreciated.

Re: Disney Channels/Sky Movies channels.

Get this occasionally on Sky 1, rebooting the box normally solves it - nobody seems to be able to tell me what's causing it on ours either

Thanks for your replies. We have been getting it for months now, but it has got less. On our old box, with Ntl software, we did not get this. Been wondering, if it's the new software? We hope this goes away, quite annoying at times.

Re: Disney Channels/Sky Movies channels.

I had this and it was the main reason we had an engineer out several times. The last visit he swapped our connection over in the cab and boosted the signal level and that cured it. It's not what I would call a great picture even now but I would def give them a ring.

Re: Disney Channels/Sky Movies channels.

When he tested our signal, he said it was too strong, he put something on the back to weaken it, but this made it worse.
