No Movies access

Every time I try to access one of the movie channels I press the Red Button and get the message that it is loading, but I do not get the screen to enter my pin. I cannot therefore access these channels to watch a film.
I telephoned VM last Friday and was credited with a free pay movie.
I still cannot access when I press the Red Button.
Has anyone any ideas as it is driving me crazy?

Had a similar issue.
I have a Samsung and a V+ box.
The Red button services worked fine on the Samsumg but the V+ would not load up.
Called VM turns out they had not set up the Interactive services on the V+.

Same here ever since I had it installed in March. I've contacted them three times, had a couple of call backs and finally had an Engineer visit, only for him to have a cup of coffee, smoke a couple of cigs, watch a bit of VoD then bugger off saying it's a national fault and will be fixed with a software update "soon".

I'm not holding my breath for a quick resolution. :s
