Hi all this is my first post so here goes.
I have had my V+ box now since february this year and still have not go a hand book.
I have phoned virgin media 4 times and also used the contact us form on there website b***dy hopeless all i get told is one has been ordred and have you not got it.
My reply to this is if i had got it do you think i would be wasting my time phoning you up.
The contact them is also c**p to as no one ever gets back to you as they could not careless about there customers.
The thing is the V+ box is ok but let down by poor customer service.
I thought NTL was bad enough but virgin media are worse.
