on v+ you can watch bbc hd even if you dont own a hd tv but normal v boxes no.

It's just a shame it's the last we'll see for a long time, ITV have got it all next season and we still don't have Sky Sports HD!

I know, I haven't really given 2 hoots about the cup final in recent years but with the new stadium factor and this probably being the my first and last 'HD Final' for some time, I've made the effort to watch this one and the beer is in the fridge.

What connection method are you using. If it is HDMI you must change the settings to suit. If it has been changed on the V+ box already you must select the HDMI input on the TV. HDMI will not switch the input like scart does. You must manually select HDMI input.
