V+ but no V+

V+ box delivered and 'installed', but V+ won't download so I have no access to recording features. Any ideas?

Please define wont download...is it on 2mbps 4mbps or 10mbps

I guess you mean that when you hit the V+ button it says 'service not available' or the like. In which case you need to call CS (151 from VM phone) as your account needs updating.

My account must be updated as I am receiving Sky Movies. An engineer is coming on Wednesday, hopefully to replace the box. As i didn't see the engineer take the V+ out of the box, I am wondering whether they have tried to pull a fast one!

Not happy about the sound breaking up or the constant hum either.

i have had my V+ box in for 3 weeks now, and everytime i try to use it it says that i have not registered for V+, but speaking to faults gets me a " it is not on your package deal" response, they send me back to customer services, who say "it is on there" and send me back to faults, who try and send the signals to me, but to no avail, they even send me a channel called "At The Races" which , i am assured by faults that reactivates all the interactive services the majority of times, but surprise, surprise, nothing.
I rung them monday morning as i was getting the by now familiar error code 2001, and now i am being told that there is a national fault with V+, oh and a bizarre system phone system that would not put me through to faults on a saturday, have i got a faulty box or is it an area problem? I live near Nottingham
