I had V+ installed today and I can say that:
- The guy who did it was friendly, efficient and informative.
- The box itself was mostly working, but after a couple of hours it said I wasn't subscribed to the V+ service, which the installer said might happen, so I rang 150 to report it and got put through to support, who answered in about 5 minutes. They were very helpful and had the whole thing up and running in about 10 minutes.
- Very impressed.
I believe in feeding back good as well bad comments, but cannot find anywhere on the Virginmedia web site report the good. Does anyone know how I can do it please?
