My V + has been fine since install 3 weeks ago but when I turned the tele on today i had a message on screen saying V+ Unavailable without even trying to access is stating code 2005. It then said the your service has been created rebooting now, it has done this and still no better any ideas?

I had the exact same problem last night. Having tried the reset button 3 or 4 times without success I then tried the age old method of unplugging the darn thing and plugging it back in. Thankfully it worked!
