I had the Full Virgin VIP service installed last week and about 5 mins after the installer left the V+ box stopped responding to the remote. When i use the V+ remote on the standard stb in my bedroom it works fine. I also have a Harmony remote which i use for all my AV equipment and it won't control it either.
Anybody out there have this problem and if so can it be sorted without an engineer coming out?
Andy, it's not the remote itself mate, the remote works fine on my other stb upstairs...and my other programmable harmony remote won't work with the V= box either.
Engineer caling in about an hour. will see what he says. Alo...terrible whine coming from box!
I too have had some problem with the remote for V+.. called the fault... they are sending out new remote..
it was working fine but two days ago, few of the keys/pad were not working.. funny enough, the new remote is on its way... and this one is working fine all together now... dunno whats going on...
