Record series: episodes missing

Hi all,

Last week I set a couple of programs as ongoing in record series (Coronation Street, Match of the Day, UEFA football and a few more). The episodes were showing (and recorded) fine using the blue button in V+.

This week the programs are still in V+ and still showing ongoing. But there are no episodes planned to record for any program.

It defeats the purpose of the object if I have to keep resetting record series.

Is this a bug?

Thanks - dams

You may have deleted the episodes to record and not the actual program.

Just delete all your planned series reset the box and set they all again.

Should work

Hmm...possbile, but it seems highly improbable that I would delete upcoming planned recordings of every single episode under recorded series.

Shouldn't the box update the planned recordings for the upcoming 8 days with new EPG update?

Thanks

You said using the blue button - is this a typo? If not then that's possibly your problem. The series links are set up using the yellow button.

If that's not the problem try deleting all series links, doing a reset then setting them again and that should hopefully take care of it.

Unfortunately I had to reformat my V+ becuase it wouldn't delete 2 series that I had deleted, so the only way to fix it was to reformat it and start over.

Hope this helps.
