Copy to VCR/ DVD help please

Hi

I tried to copy a program to my DVD recorder last night but it did not work - instead it recorded the channel that was showing on the TV

I followed the instructions correctly (selected program to move to right side of screen, pressed record on dvd, pressed yellow button to start transfer)

Any suggestions please?

Thanks

How is it wired up? The DVD input needs to be connected to the secondary scart socket on the V+.

Re: Copy to VCR/ DVD help please

You need to plug your lead into the VCR scart socket located at the bottom of the V+ box and plug the other end of your scart lead into the AV scart input on your DVD recorder.

I've got my V+ box hooked up to a DVD recorder and i can either record directly from Live TV or the copy to DVD/VCR function which is better as you can record 2 channels at the same time and watch a 3rd channel all while its copying to the DVD
