firmware upgrade?

hi all,
had my v+ installed on the 13th of feb and am really happy with it except the remote lag was told by cs that it would be fixed by the 24th then i was told that it was happening on the 26th at 8pm but nothing yet.

does anybody know exacltly when the firmware on the v+ will be done please?

It was either the 24th or the 28th. I don't know about this as my box was installed on the 24th at around 4pm, and did run an upgrade (to Virgin firmware)

I would hazard a guess at the 28th. Thats when Sky will be removed from the EPG, too.
