V+ : Can I watch a recorded programme whilst recording another?

Or is there a conflict?
I know you can watch one channel and record from 2 others.
But can I use the hard disk to both watch a recorded programme and record another one? Has anyone done this yet?

you can even watch a programme you are currently recording! while recording another did that on saturday!

Can you watch one channel you havent recorded even if you didnt see it? Or do I need HD? Only kidding I am waiting for my V+ to arrive next week!
