V+HD TV Email

Hi Guys.

Had V+ installed on Saturday, and everything works fine - v happy with the install - although I cannot access TV Email. The V+ has been set up as a second box with a samsung as the main box. Samsung works fine with TV Email, but my V+ gives me a "ISOO2" error. Is this something I can fix or do I have to phone VM?

You'll need to call Faults to get your 2nd box 'resync'd'.

Faults will put team 1 on it thay will phone you back in 48 hur to say it all done i had is on day 1 when i had my v+ boxs installed now my v+ is working gr8 now

The nice indian woman has passed the call onto 2nd line technical and they are going to phone my mobile when it's done - up to 3 days apparently...
