Re-formatting the V+ HDD

Just received a voicemail message from 2nd line support telling me that my V+ service will start working again if I re-format the HDD. They didn't bother telling me how to do that though...

Anyone know how it's done?

UPDATE:

Re-formatting the drive has fixed my issue... I now have V+ features!

Sounds like 2nd line to me, tell you to do something and assume you know how to do it. :p
