Would love to know a phone number for advise as to why we cannot get a picture on the tv.

What is your location Anne? There is a major outage in Glasgow and Belfast. Fix looks like 8-9pm tonight.

151 for faults. I'm not privvy to the current numbers as I'm not in an ntl area anymore and have not worked for them for 3.5 years. Try 0800 052 2000 that should give you the correct number at least.

If its a national fault that they cannot fix for a couple of hours then either some very expensive equipment has gone to digital heaven or some construction worker has hacked through a portion of the ntl network.
