Re: rubbish remote

I think in the setup you can select your favorite channels and then when you press favorite in the remote it lists only these. Not sure it was working quite right as did not appear to be showing what I thought it should for some of them but I may have been confused.

Having said that I would prefer if they had done the same as the normal boxes and allowed you to just move the one you don't watch to the end.

When the Virgin Media software is rolled out, everyone will have the same favourites. The same style that is currently on TW/TVDrive! Sort your fav channels in the settings then you get a list with EPG data when you press the button

Re: rubbish remote

I've seen a pic of the TV Drive remote and I think it looks awful. The old ntl remote looks a lot better.

Hardtarget,

As you probably know by now, you can go into settings and select your own list of favs and then the Fav button will access a mini 2 day menu of whatever channels you have selected.

The red screen button appears to do something else as when I pressed it it said "collecting data" and offered the blue button to cancel which I did. Guess I will find out what that does when my wife isn't watching something she likes as that sort of delay always led to a reset on the old Pace box.
