Waiting for installation!

So I was told between 12 and 6pm it'll be installed. 4:25pm and I hate sitting waiting for hours doing nothing.

So what are the chances that they dont come at all or is that pretty rare?

Thanks

They are normally pretty good at arriving - however it would not do any harm to call them and check.

I have known them have an engineer "call in sick" and not bother to contact those appointments, but I am assured that this is getting better...
