I'am in the Woking area NW Surrey, CS took my order ahead of the local rollout. Nothing about delays, painless conversation(but I suppose I was the lead ).

Called Sales on the 13 Dec who couldn't understand why people were ringing up trying to book dates and said we would get a flyer when T Drive would be released. So left it until I saw above and called CS this time and booked in without any issues at all, got a date for 13th Jan, thats Frimley / Camberley area.

VOD and the PVR aren't the same thing. You can get VOD on a normal box but for the Pvr you need a new box

Well it arrived today at 13:00, drove me out of bed (nights) otherwise they would have fitted the second access point in the bedroom around me.
Three fitters on a whirlwind mission. I swear not much over 1/2 Hr start to finish.

Only annoying thing, the HDMI lead one moment by the TV, next discovered disappeared after they "whirled" away to another fitting, and the new Samsung LE32R74BDX should appear in about 10 days

I presume I have a software update to look forward to, as speaker vol. control inactive, happy days.

Re: Roll out delayed !!!

Roll out seem to be going pretty smoothly in Cambridge. I just phoned up CS, and after a pretty long time on hold (no surprise there!) I got put through to a guy who was very helpful.. even going as far to suggest that I keep the old box and cancel it after 12 months to avoid paying the £75 install fee.. so ok, I only save £15, but it's better than nothing! I've only got one TV though, so it'll just be going in the cupboard..

Installation booked in for next Wednesday (17th) afternoon!

Dean

Anyone tell me when I can expect a roll-out and to be able to book an engineer in Peterborough (PE1 area)?
