Awfully sorry to change the tone of this ‘thread’ – (I thought threads were what happened to old trousers…)

I need to acquire the SOP (Installation manual) for the Telewest PVR box. (Install levels, (Low Analogue – Top Digital) Default Frequency setting, Default MSPS (Both up and down stream) etc etc etc…)

In short – can anybody assist?

to Cable Forum - This thread has been split from the one in which you posted as it had nothign to do with it.

I'm not sure why you would need this information? Installation techs will have it to check if all is in order. If you are experienceing connectivity problems you should be calling telewest faults.
