Re: Fireworks banned for under 18's

Fantastic, I heard this was coming into play on the radio a while back.
As someone who (you may remember from previous firework threads) likes taking part in small neighbourhood displays, this is fantastic.
I'm all for regulation of fireworks.
I think £80 for throwing a firework is far too low though.
Perhaps having to spend community service helping those who have suffered injuries from fireworks.

Definitely restrict the noise of private fireworks.
There's nothing worse than letting off a multi firework only to have it screeching and banging extemely loudly!
The descriptions on fireworks are appaulingly inadequite when it comes to things like this.
I hate (really hate) screeching and screaming fireworks.
Give me ones that explode into a beautiful cascade of lights and colours with a pop rather than a boom anyday!
