Sad thing is, when I was a wee boy my grandmother used to arrive for visits on the number 28 to Mill Park Estate. It was some strange, distant place I'd never heard of, but obviously significant as it was the ultimate destination of my granny's bus. As I pondered this in my seven-year-old way, Mill Park Estate ascended to some kind of mythical status, a place I dared to hope that one day I might get to see for myself.

Believe it or not, I've still never been there, although I think my mental image of it is probably a little more realistic these days...
