Smile Welldone and thanks NTL!

Well, I've only gone and done it! I've cancelled my NTL services.

The precess was made relatively easy apart from the trek around the country by phone!

Called the 0800 number,
used my phone #
asked for cancellations,
got put through to herts and told that I'd be put back to P'boro
Girl in Brighton answered!!!!

Must say that at each stage the phone was answered within a minute. After this little trek the lass in Brighton was most helpful and didn't make me feel guilty.

Well done and thanks for the time!

Hey well done!
Are you changing to another supplier? Keep us up to date on where you go from here, for those of us considering changing as well

Cheers,
Sean

Hehe, I remember when I dumped the analogue NTL TV years ago, they asked if I was getting Sky, I said yes, and theire best argument for keeping NTL was that when it was going digital, I'd get ITV & ITV2 (they weren't on Sky back then!)
Had to laugh, that was all they could come up with!
