Thought this was worth a heads up...
From late Saturday 28th February to Tuesday 2nd March we will be making improvements to our services & systems. During this time you will be unable to make changes to your Internet Service, however you will be able to send & receive e-mails, surf the web & upload to your webspace. Our Internet support centres will have limited access to their systems during this period. Normal service will be restored on the morning of the 3rd March. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you
