Working for the company

I work for Ntl but before you start bombarding me with complaints I feel there's something that needs to be said. Myself & my colleagues at the moment are very disillusioned with the company, as many of you out there will be aware the company have recently changed some of the billing systems. The plan is to eventually get all services on one bill, the problem is that the new system is an absolute nightmare, we are constantly having problems with the system running slowly or not working at all. One of the major issues at the moment is that there ae loads of problems with the system creating incorrect bills, this obviously causes a great deal of anger & frustration for you & us. The business unit I work for (south central)is losing a lot of its experienced staff due to the fact that more accounts are being added to the new system but they are a long way from resolving the current issues. We have been informed that they are concentrating on migrating more accounts to the system & will look at the faults afterwards, this is the most backwards thing I have ever heard of. The company had started to move forwards in the last 2 years but is now taking giant leaps backwards. I could not recommend Ntl as an employer or a service provider at this time.

WOW Never been made to feel so welcome anywhere when people know who I work for. Glad to see I'm not the only associate on here. There are some of us who take great pride in being 'customer service representatives' its just such a shame we're not allowed to provide customer service, its all about how quickly we can get you guys off the phones & on to the next sucker ( sorry that was meant to be customer!! ).

LOL - some on here have a problem with NTL staff but you will find that the majority will welcome you to the site. Its allways good to have some extra techy or customer service help........
