whole Coventry area is slow.

Hi all, IV said something about this before, but this is just an update.

Well I’m in Coventry and IV been having problem for some time now (same problem for the last 5 months or so).

If you in the Coventry area and you think your internet connection is slow, it most likely is even ntl think not, well after a long conversation with ntl they admitted that Coventry (all) is very slow due to network problems and is not going to be fixed till they bring some part from another country. So ring them up and get some cash off them, ntl have not told anyone that has not asked, this in my eye is hiding the problem to the only means I can think of is to keep getting the cash for a service they are not providing.

So if you think it is slow phone them up and ask them to do a cmtp report this should show the utilisation etc.

Good luck,

You could be caught up in problems beyond NTLs control. I have a friend who works for Telewest and they are having a busy time with the national outage. Not sure what the outage is power, their network its anyones guess.
Contact them and ask unless someone else already knows and posts to tell us.
