Open Box
Can any of you tech lads report a open box for me, the postcode is NG183NU junction with Wyndale Drive in Mansfield, it's been open for a few days now, the cover is missing from the box so it'll need a quick response.

It was probably one of them that damaged it in the first place while trying to reverse park next to it

While you're at it there's one in LS11 6NB too. It'd be great if you could report that too seeing as the customer services said it's not considered a fault or problem until someone rips it apart and damages our services

NTL do actually fix these though... they finally fixed the one near us!! 6 months later and it's still shut

There's a number on the inside to call if the box is damaged - when you call the recorded message says the number is not in use!!!
I called CS & it was sorted the next day.
