I am getting a bit sick of this, on channel ntl: they keep referring to the 1Mb service as 1MB (1 megabyte). They have been doing it for months, could this be false advertising? Because legally i could ring up ntl: and order the supposed 1megabyte service only to get 1megabit!

I don't think the ASA will be that bothered, they have hundreds (well lots) of complaints about Ntl, and even when they rule that Ntl should stop doing something they still continue!!
