I would just like to say a huge thank you to Jill at NTL and also a huge word of thanks to go to Chris W of this board. NTL rang me as they said they would regarding my billing issue and it is now resolved. Very quickly and extremely efficiently well done all, you do a wonderful job here many thanks.

i am also very happy with CF... the ppl here are v knowledgable, and due to this forum we also have a lot of info b4 ntl release it officially, which is gr8!

If only NTL had more Jill's working for them!

I would have stayed with them!

NTL suck big style, it's because of staff like Jill that NTL seem to struggle on if you ask me!

Maybe the big chiefs at NTL should look at this, if they ever read these posts that is!

AND IF THEY DO GIVE HER A PAY RISE!

I totally agree with your gratitude to this lady, but why did you have to come to this forum to ask for help and to get someone special at NTL to sort it out, surely this problem should have not arisen in the first place ?

i see what you are saying- it shouldn't be necessary for people to come here because ntl haven't been able to solve issues through the normal channels, but seeing as this forum does exist, and does have contact with people who can and do resolve problems, a little gratitude for the time & effort people put in here is much appreciated

I think it's the nature of the beast - call centre environment just encourages people not to give a stuff and see it as a 9-5 job. Those who genuinely care are in the minority and it's pot-luck as to whether you speak to them or not. I guess this forum offers a slightly more direct route to those can and will help.
