So NTL have gone the way of all ISP's and are charging 5p per min for Customer services and 10p per minute for Broadand Technical issues.
This news arrived with my broadband/telephone bill Thanks a Bunch NTL
My question is :-
Does this now make some of NTL competitors Broadban prices cheaper
In short I'd say the answer to your question is no. Very few ISP's have freephone tech support lines.
